They had a membership with a boat towing company which told them the ungrounding service did not fall under their membership and would cost an additional high fee. So her family called a local TowBoatUS service provider instead and was so impressed with the level and type of service provided that they told the owner if he ever thought about selling his territory, they would be interested in buying it.
